It all started thanks to the animal-loving instigators I work with. They knew my husband and I have a puppy and a soft spot for all animals. The more cute pictures they sent me the more we thought it would be a good time to get a play mate for our Moxie. So, I contacted Jen through a friend that had adopted from FurKid Rescue before, completed the application and arranged to meet some of the puppies at the local dog park. The ironic part of this story is we had no intention of taking home a dog that day, as a matter of fact there were several puppies that couldn’t make it that day and we wanted to hold out to meet them. Enter Titan, and love at first sight! My husband and I instantly fell in love with his beautiful brindle color, loving eyes and gentle demeanor. When he walked effortlessly on the leash, oblivious to the many distractions of the park, we knew we had to take him home. He is absolutely the perfect fit for our little bundle of energy and the two dogs bonded as siblings instantly! Titan is the gentlest pitt bull either of us has ever known, and we are no strangers to the breed. Now we love to watch them romp in the backyard or cuddle with us on the couch. We could not be happier with our gentle giant; he filled a hole in our family we didn’t even know was there!
