This dog is Not for Real.  He must have been threatened to be on

good behavior.  Just UnBelievable..............

Came up with me to bed last night.  Slept all night, on his side of the bed and did not snore.  (I am not holding my breath either).  Ate breakfast and later played in the yard with me, before i left him for 9 hours.  Left him with the  open crate in kitchen and Also access to the entire den area.  I Just really worried all day............big time...............Not a thing did this beautiful creature touch.  Two pillows were on the floor and one kitchen cloth plate mat also.

Went walking together - wow with gentle leader, he walked by my side "almost perfect".  Met up with Mack's pick-up caregiver and we walked another mile or so.  All she could comment on was how nice he was walking with me. (right by my side)  Post walks, he laid down in a very submissive way in front of her dog.  (Border Collie)  Since dinner, he is totally KO'd.  If i did not know better, i might think i am in heaven......

YOU CAN NOT HAVE HIM BACK.....................

I am not even questioning How anyone could relinquish this animal...our gain!

I emailed Furkid Rescue and that weekend Brent, Fitz, and I met Freddy.  He was friendly, happy, and most important of all, he and Fitz really seemed to like each other!  We adopted Freddy - now named Miikka - in January 2009.  I look back to all the other dogs we met and I am so glad that we ended up with Miikka.  Since we adopted him he has grown up to a solid 55 lbs.  He is a sweet, snuggly, smart little boy and I couldn't imagine life with any other dog.  Miikka and Fitz are best friends, always playing or snoozing together.

Furkid Rescue is a wonderful organization that takes great care of their dogs.  These dogs receive training, socialization, and endless love while they wait for their furever families.

My husband and I had been searching for a brother for our two year old female American Pit Bull Terrier, Fitz, for a few months.  The three of us met quite a few potentials but none of them seemed to click with Fitz.  Late one night I saw Freddy on Petfinder.com.  He was gorgeous - a four month old red brindle and white Moo Moo patterned APBT - and I fell in love immediately.

I had never seen a dog look so scared. What I saw on Jennifer’s website was a tiny female Chihuahua huddled in the corner of a sofa, her ears laid back and legs folded under, trying to make her small body even smaller so no one would hurt her.

I had been browsing shelter websites, toying with the idea of getting a dog who needed a home. I never had a dog of my own, but I enjoyed “babysitting” for my girlfriend’s dogs. Then I saw Coral’s photo and couldn’t get her out of my mind.

When I called Jennifer, she told me the dog was named Coral and had been taken to a shelter because her owners said they had tried to housebreak her for five years and couldn’t. At the first shelter, Coral had to have several teeth pulled. Then she had been taken to a different shelter where she was about to be euthanized until Jennifer swooped in to save her. A lot of trauma for a little dog.

Although Jennifer had made progress with her, I knew if Coral was placed in a home with children, or with owners who expected too much or didn’t have time for her, she wouldn’t survive. So I asked to be put on the list as a potential family. When Jennifer brought her to me, I bonded with Coral as soon as she was handed to me and crawled up under my chin for safety. We clung to each other for three hours that first night.

Gradually, using rewards instead of punishment or harsh words, Coral began to show less fear. I found out she was a gentle little girl who would do quite a lot for a little praise. We renamed her Giulietta Super (pronounced like Juliet) after an Italian sports car my husband used to own, because she’s also small, fast, and pretty darn super. She’s a big hit with my family and our friends. She’s become a happy, funny little girl, and has the run of the house because the best part or her story…she’s totally housebroken!

It has been a little over 2 months since I got Tank from Furkid Rescue. The whole process was great. It only took a couple of days, though the excitement makes it seem like forever. I remember that I could hardly sleep waiting for a reply to my application. I also learned from Jen that 9:00 PM is the acceptable cut off for calling someone at night :-) It was much worth the wait. Tank is such an amazing puppy. He has grown so much since the day that Jen and Susie first came knocking on my door. I could not be happier with my decision to bring him into our home. It is a wonderful thing that Furkid Rescue is doing. Jennifer Bird deserves much more recognition than she receives. I do not know many people that show the compassion and dedication that she does every single day. It is an amazing organization run by an amazing person. I am so happy that I was lucky enough to find them.

I had never adopted from a rescue before & did not know what to expect.  I was pleasantly surprised that Jennifer was so efficient!  I was assured that Tucker was healthy, vaccinated, neutered and was living in a foster home.

When Bohdi & I met Tucker, we knew he was a perfect fit.  Those two ran all around the yard together, side by side, until was dark.  She was so happy!  (And it didn’t take but 24 hours for our grumpy, old German Shepherd to take a liking to him either)  Bohdi & Tucker are like two peas in a pod.  They eat together, rest & sleep together, (bark at the animals in the woods together) and watching them play is sheer bliss.  I’m so thankful that Jennifer decided to take on Tucker, who is not her usual foster kid.  He has been a wonderful addition to our family.”  - Lisa Lenkner

My fiance and I were looking for a dog for a few months on pet-finder. When we saw Phoebe’s picture on the site, we knew she was the dog for us. I emailed Jennifer and filled out an online application that evening. By the next day, I was so excited to see her and to find out if she was for sure going to be ours. Jennifer called us later that afternoon. Jennifer was a blessing for taking her in to one of her foster homes.  It was just so nice that Jennifer brought her to us, took the time to talk with us and make sure we were all great with each other.  Everyone at the rescue seems wonderful and we have had nothing but many good things to say about the rescue.

As soon as we saw Phoebe it was like love at first sight! She came in the house, she acted like she owned it, and nothing has changed (she is so the boss).  Phoebe has also been so good with my 3 cats. Sometimes she thinks she is one of them and tries to clean herself like them. Phoebe just loves everyone she meets. She really is just a great lovable addition to our growing family. We really want to thank Jennifer and the rest of the people working with the rescue for saving Phoebe’s life and helping us find her.  Thank you!

Over the past month or so, Hudson has really become a different dog.  He is loving and comes to you when he is called.  He now loves to sit on your lap and get his ears rubbed.  He sits at your feet until you pick him up.  Thanks for bringing us together with Hudson.  He is really terrific.  He is a different dog and he is truly loved!!!!

“I had been searching Petfinder.com for about 3 months, looking for the perfect Beagle-friend for my female Beagle Bohdi.  After a few misses at the animal shelter, I saw the ad for Tucker with FurKid Rescue.  He looked to be the same size as little Bohdi, with a longer snout & longer ears.  He was so cute!  I hoped he was the one  Bohdi had been so frightened of the beagles at the shelter... So, I filled out the on-line application and kept my fingers crossed.  That very same evening, I got the call from Jennifer.  She had already contacted a couple of my references & was eager for us and the dogs to meet.

“My boyfriend and I were looking to adopt a rescued Pit Bull puppy.  While doing an internet search, I came across an ad and pictures of 8 puppies up for adoption through FurKid Rescue.  We had all 8 to the house (what a blast!) to get a feel for their personalities.  It didn't take long for us to fall in love with Pumpkin (a.k.a. Punky).  She walked in the room, gave everyone a kiss then went right to the couch to lie down.  She's proven to be the sweetest  dog we've ever known. She loves going out camping with us, chewing sticks, napping and giving tons of kisses.  Pumpkin loves going to the dog park and playing with other dogs!  We take her as many places as we possibly can and we know she appreciates every minute of it.

We also couldn't be happier to support a local rescue group like Furkid Rescue.  The are a professional group that made the entire process easy, convenient and enjoyable.  If we get another Pit Bull in the future, it will be from them!”

It all started thanks to the animal-loving instigators I work with. They knew my husband and I have a puppy and a soft spot for all animals. The more cute pictures they sent me the more we thought it would be a good time to get a play mate for our Moxie. So, I contacted Jen through a friend that had adopted from Fur Kid Rescue before, completed the application and arranged to meet some of the puppies at the local dog park. The ironic part of this story is we had no intention of taking home a dog that day, as a matter of fact there were several puppies that couldn’t make it that day and we wanted to hold out to meet them. Enter Titan, and love at first sight! My husband and I instantly fell in love with his beautiful brindle color, loving eyes and gentle demeanor. When he walked effortlessly on the leash, oblivious to the many distractions of the park, we knew we had to take him home. He is absolutely the perfect fit for our little bundle of energy and the two dogs bonded as siblings instantly! Titan is the gentlest pitt bull either of us has ever known, and we are no strangers to the breed. Now we love to watch them romp in the backyard or cuddle with us on the couch. We could not be happier with our gentle giant; he filled a hole in our family we didn’t even know was there!

My then fiance, Neko,  and I were looking for a pal for our first dog – Manny.  Right when we adopted Manny, my mother and her dog were living with me while she was looking for a new apartment.

Therefore, Manny had a companion for a few months.  Once my mother and her dog moved out, Manny would walk around looking lost.  So, I figured he was lonely.  Hence, finding a buddy for Manny started my search on www.petfinder.com.  I saw many potentials, but Rocco – then known as Yoda – hit the spot.  I just had to see him even though Neko wasn’t too sure another dog was in our plan as we had less than 3 months until our wedding date.  However, I filled out an application and contacted Jen to come over to my house.  Rocco and Manny checked each other out, but one thing they did that iced the cake was run over to the door together and peak out the window when they heard a noise.  It was like they’ve done this a million times and it was Rocco’s first visit.  So, when Jen and Rocco left, Neko tried to tell me it wasn’t a good time, but he knew we were adopting Rocco.  We both fell in love and knew Rocco would be a great companion for Manny.  Now, a year and a half later, Neko and I are married, and Manny and Rocco can’t be seperated.  They are “brothers”.  Manny initially brought us so much joy, but Rocco completed the family.  Rocco is the most care free and loving little guy.  He is always at our sides trying to make us happy and the best at cuddling.  Knowing Jen rescued him from a shelter that had him on a list to be “put down” because nobody wanted him, kills us inside.  We could not be more proud to call him one of our FurKids and can’t imagine a life without our Rocco.

I just wanted to give you the update on how our wonderful new puppy is doing.  Hurley and Piggy are quite the pair now.  They love to play with each other whenever they get a chance.  I think she finally realized that he was staying.  He's a lot spunkier, but still mellower than any other puppy I’ve ever encountered.  He's getting really good with the potty training too.  He's pretty good about holding it until he goes outside.  (we still have some accidents but that's to be expected for a little while).

It was one year ago today that we adopted Fig!  We love him, he is wonderful.  I've attached some pictures for you.  Thanks for taking such good care of him and teaching him to be such a great poochie.

We hope all is well!

I lost my best friend on May 13th, I cried daily for two months. A friend of mine saw a puppy on Furkid web page and told me I had to look, I did and ended up with my Beau.  It was the best thing I ever did. After filling out the paper work and Beau coming to see me with Jen that was it.  Just one look  at him was all I needed. I am so thankful for my friend and Furkid!

I wanted to send an update on Bubby.  He is a delightful and lovable addition to the family!  You really bond with an animal when they are sick, and Jen, he was sooooo sick (and depressed) when he came to stay that my heart went out to him.  We have come a long way since his arrival. He has put on weight, adjusted very quickly and is a very happy boy.....  I have to laugh, it was Roxie who went through a hugh adjustment when he moved in.  She stayed curled up in a ball under the dining room table for a few weeks, but slowly made her way out and accepted the fact that he was here to stay..  She would look at me at times and it was almost like you could read her mind   "When is that Jen girl coming to take him back?".  As for Bubby, as he stretches out on a thick white down comforter in the morning, you could read his mind as well   "I hope that Jen girl doesn't come to take me back.”

Anyway, we all love Bubby, and sometimes I catch the "love bugs" playing together and actually curling up to sleep near each other. Coco loves coming over to play with him too. One big happy family!  Thanks for bringing him into my life.

Sincerely,

Paulette

Zeke with his new brother and sister!

Oscar is doing great.  He's definitely settled in.  He and Mayzie have pretty much become best buddies during the day.  When Adynn gets home from school Oscar is always waiting for her.  It's so cute.  We are are all doing good.  I'm taking classes online which is good but also kind of stressful taking care of my little one at the same time.  Oscar actually helps out a lot keeping her preoccupied while I do my school work.

I had to give Oscar a bath the other night and we were laughing because under all of that fur he really is just a kitten!  We couldn't believe how small he actually is.  I forget sometimes he is younger than he looks.

Oscar is getting quite interested in going outside lately.  I haven't let him out though.  Maybe this spring we'll try it out.  It just makes me nervous cause he's so quick.  He sits by the window and just stares at everything.  When I open the door to leave he's been trying to go out.  I don't know.  I just don't want anything to happen to him.  Maybe I'm just being overprotective?

I saw Zeke's picture on Petfinder...and thought he was a good looking boy, but when I saw him in person, the pictures didn't do him justice. Zeke is beautiful boy with tons of personality. He has a sweet face and we love his wiggle when he's happy. After a short adjustment period and him getting used to  few rules, he has fit in perfectly. Zeke and my other boxer Chaos have become good friends and sleep together every night, Zeke is great with my daughter as well,  and she looks for him every morning to give him a hug. I'm glad that FurKid rescued  him and that I was the lucky one to adopt him.. Our home is complete!

We just wanted to give you and update on pearl. Her and Ivy are getting along great now! They are best friends, they run around and play and get into trouble together. About a week ago we had them outside together while we went and did barn work and when we came back they were orange from playing in the flower beds! it was too cute!  We did have to take her to the vet because she had puss coming out of her stitches. She got an antibiotic and when the vet took out her stitches she was given a clean bill of health. We just wanted to say Thank you for the great rescue work you do and for giving us the perfect addition to our family!!

I had been looking for a new companion for my pit-mix Luke and I for quite some time and was getting frustrated when I met Jennifer at South Park.  I told her that I had been looking for a dog and she recommended Rosie.  Luke and I went to meet her at her foster’s home and the two of them hit it off well.  They ran and played in the yard for about an hour and Luke did not want to leave.  By the time I got home from the visit, I knew that I really wanted to adopt her.  A couple days later, when she came for the home visit, Rosie ran right up to Luke and they started to play again.  She is an absolute sweetheart.  She and Luke are inseparable now and play together constantly.  When I put one on a leash to put out in my back yard, the other one sits at the window crying for the 30 seconds it takes for me to come back and get them.  Rosie has made Luke and I so happy.  She is very affectionate and loving and always has a goofy smile on her face.  She refuses to lay down anywhere that she is not in contact with Luke or me.  Luke will be laying by himself, and Rosie will run over and plop down, literally, right on top of him.   She is always looking to play and has a ton of energy.  We walk together 4 miles every day and she loves every minute of it.  As soon as we get home she falls fast asleep for an hour or so.  I feel very blessed to have been able to find her and bring her into our little clique.  She is a great companion and family member.  Thanks to Jennifer and Rosie’s foster family for raising her so well and helping me to find a lifetime buddy for Luke and I.

I just wanted to give you a little update on "Julio", or as he knows

his name -- Little Man. haha! He is doing wonderful and is the cutest little guy ever.  He sleeps with me every night and loves to romp around and play as if he were a big dog. I have attached a more recent picture of him below from last week on my birthday. You can probably tell, that he is turning into a little fatty because he likes to run in and steal the cat food when I am not looking. haha!

Now, for the wonderful things about this girl, Abby.  I moved to a home in Oakmont with a big fenced in yard, which makes it possible for her to go outside without constantly having a leash attached to her......what a great freedom for her.  There is also a covered porch, and on sunny days she likes to sit there and monitor the neighborhood.  She is the sweetest tempered dog, and even when undergoing unpleasant vet procedures, she stays so sweet.  Her separation anxiety is still an issue, but she seems much happier with a whole house to roam around in while I'm out.  She is a loving, sweet, funny, dear companion, and I am so happy to have her in my life.  She is a world class cuddlebug.  She has turned into a great walking companion, and I think she would walk all day if we could.  She has become very protective of our home.....and me.  I am grateful for safety locks on the car windows since she learned how to put them down.....she loves her rides in the car!  She has great personality.  Everyone who meets her falls crazy in love with her.  Over the holidays, there were days when she was exhausted at the end of the day from being petted and cuddled so much by so many people.  The family of the high school boy who walks her on my work days fell under her spell.....the father of the family, who has always been adamantly opposed to having any pets, especially a dog, was completely captivated by her......and finally, a couple of months ago, that family adopted a rescued dog.

I just love it at my new house...I have a Forever Mommy, and a grandma, and two grandpas.  I have new uncles, and aunts, and lots of cousins.  A lot of my new cousins are critter kids just like me, too, and we have so much fun playing together.  When I go to my one aunt's house, she gives me treats!  :)  And when I go to my other grandpa's house, he takes me for rides, and plays with me, and teaches me to fetch.  (((Actually, I already know how to fetch--but I pretend I'm learning so that my new grandpa feels good about 'teaching' me something)))  Shhhh--don't tell, okay?  If he knew how smart I really was, he'd expect me to do a lot more, and right now, I'm just loving the idea of being the spoiled puppy.  (((I can be a little stinker, you know)))  But Mommy says that's part of my charm.  :)

The story of how Leo (originally Bug) joined our family is truly a happy tail for everyone.  My husband and I were looking for a dog to adopt and found Leo on the website.  His story caught my attention right away and I knew I had to meet this special dog.  Leo is a toothless, senior citizen who was rescued from a puppy mill.  Despite living in horrendous conditions Leo has a wonderful personality.  Jennifer brought him to our house for a meet and greet and it was love at first sight.  My husband, cat and I all voted yes to adopt him and Leo didn’t protest.

Since joining the family in January Leo has increased his strength and discovered the love of the outdoors.  He is happiest when running around the yard or relaxing on a rainy day on his bed (in the photo and 3 sizes too large for him).  Before being adopted he had never gone up or down stairs and he is happy to show off his skills while running up the stairs; going down the stairs is still a challenge.  Leo makes every day fun by flashing a smile when we come home, bouncing around for a treat or snuggling on the couch.

Our family is complete with Leo and we cannot thank FurKid Rescue and Jennifer enough for bringing Leo into our lives.

Harper is doing great. She has become an inseparable part of our family. She had her chip implanted , her stitches from her spay surgery removed, is healthy as a horse and has made numerous friends around the neighborhood. We have been attending Bully Ambassador classes at WPHS with Nicole as of two weeks ago. Harper is, I must say with a mixture of healthy embarrassment and fatherly pride, the best behaved in the class. Seeing how good she is has convinced me even further to try to certify her as a Therapy dog.

Remember how we said she would not sleep in our bed?...Well, she does. We place her bed by ours when we go to bed and she calmly waits for us to fall asleep at which point she climbs up and makes herself comfortable with us. She is very good at going back to her bed if we tell her to, but at this point we pretend not to notice...she is too sweet to kick out of bed!

Spencer and Harper have become great friends. She goes to sleep with him initially and we bring her up with us when we go to bed ( I've attached a picture of both for your site if you want to post it).

Thank you again for bringing her into our life.

Shane

Pokey is adjusting well. She sleeps with wesley and myself in bed. Puts Wesley in his place. My granddaughters love her because she is quite the little lady. She does not jump or chase you. They can cuddle with her and play flashlight tag.

The neighbors weren't quite ready for the hound bark out of such a tiny dog.

I will bee keeping in touch to let you know how our little family is doing. Can't thank you enough for letting us bring Pokey into our home.

We are doing wonderful. Gage is such a sweet heart. He loves going with us everywhere. Everyday is an adventure. I just ordered his Christmas stocking. We hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I will keep in touch.

Take Care, Jimmy & Dixie

Hi Jennifer it's Gage. I wanted to let you know I am doing great. I still have a little cough but that doesn't stop me from running around and playing with my big sister Jasmine. My mommy and daddy spoil me rotten. I have so many toys & treats plus I go for car rides and meet all kinds of people & puppies, like me. It's really fun. My mommy is going to send you a couple of pictures. One is of me and Jasmine sleeping, the other is of my new jacket. OK Bye!!

Diamond and Vanilla (a.k.a. Nilla) have been with us just shy of two months, but they are blossoming in their new environment and with their new family!  They both quickly mastered the dog door into the fenced yard and can now patrol inside and outside at their leisure, which they love. They’ve also bonded even better than we could have imagined with their new “brother” Cody and enjoy lots of walks and playtime as a little pack of three. Some people don’t see it, but we believe dogs can smile and Diamond, who was most stressed initially in the transition, is evidence of that as her previously sad expression is now joyful! A warm "thank you" to the furkidrescue team, including foster mom, Lynn, for providing such great support during this transition.

Drue and Bob Robinson, Diamond, Nilla, and Cody

I just need to tell you she is AMAZING!!!!! I can't thank you enough for letting her become part of our family and giving us the privilege of raising her!! I just had such a good feeling when I couldn't stop looking at her pictures and video. (must have looked at them 100 times after you suggested her)

She is just so smart and mannerly. Katelyn did an amazing job with her and I commend her for being able to let her go. I know I could never foster dogs and be able to let them go. i have know doubt I would end up with house full of dogs.

Please know that she will be soooo LOVED and I have to say a little spoiled. I already spent a couple hundred dollars last night at PetsMart and we haven't even ordered the bed we want for her yet. Of course I came home with all the bags and Scott just looked at the receipt and said "Seriously?". But he so adores too!

Hello!  We've had our two kids for over a year now and we wanted to send you an update!  Brooks and Mia have grown up and they are beautiful Pit Bulls!  Mia is our little 'tank' and she is a lover.  She can never be too close to us when we are sitting in the living room, watching tv.  Brooks has become a very handsome boy and loves to play 24/7!  They both listen very well and have learned many tricks!  I have had and known many dogs over the years and they are the smartest dogs EVER!

I am attaching a few photos.  As you will see, they get along great with our cats.  Meowless (a 13-year-old, 3-legged cat who cannot meow) still runs the house!  It took some time for him to 'warm-up' to Mia and Brooks, but now they are great friends!  Mia and Brooks are also very gentle with my niece (4) and nephew (6-months).  We are changing people's minds about Pit Bulls!

I lost my little "weiner" dog after having  her in my life for almost 13 years.  My heart was broken and I did not want another dog.  After about 18 months, Bethany tried talking me into getting another dog to enjoy our house and property.  That's about the time we came up and met with you.  I never thought I would 'give in' and get another dog, or TWO; however, we ask ourselves how we lived without them!  Thank you, again, for introducing us to our furry kids and we hope all is well up your way.

Larry, Bethany, Mia and Brooks

So, Greta has come into her own.  She was so darn quiet and docile at first that I worried about her.  Her bark, when she finally made the attempt, was a twisted, sad replica of a woof.  Well, she's had lots of practice and now she barks with the best of them and can be quite willful and determined.  Rich thinks she's too stubborn at times, but I love her independence and focus.  She usually responds when I give her a bit of time to make the right decision.  For example, she almost always asks permission before she jumps in bed, but she can be a real log.  Once she's stretched out she doesn't want to move.  Sometimes I have to ask her a few times to "move" or "hop off" before she'll listen.  At first, I could attribute this to not understanding me.  However, she watches Petey for cues, and now she knows the protocol.  If she doesn't follow it, it's more often than not  because she's resisting.

Greta came along at the right time.  She's befriended everyone in our family and pulled us out of the doldrums after Quinn's death. I can't wait for warm weather when we can scramble in the woods and hang out on the back porch.  Petey will join us then.

Karin

Dear Jennifer,

I just wanted to give you an update on our beagle puppy. It has now been about 4 weeks since we adopted Bella (Originally named Valentina) and she has been an amazing addition to our family. Once a shy and skinny pup, she is now growing into a rambunctious and pleasantly plumper beagle. Bella came into our lives at just the right time. Our other dog Honey-B had recently passed away and part of our family had died with her. Bell has helped fill the gap in our broken hearts, and has had no problem making herself one of the family. She loves the outdoors, and she has recently discovered her new obsession...snow. She is not fully potty-trained, but she's getting there. Like every beagle she loves taking walks, being outside, sniffing and digging. She has many toys and bones that she strategically hides throughout the house for later use. She begins by "digging holes" in the carpet, couches, and bedding and then "buries" her prized possessions by pulling blankets and pillows over the "hole." She's a goofball, and has a great personality. She never fails to make us laugh every second of every day. She has begun to develop her beagle howl, and she thinks she's pretty darn cool. I am so happy that we adopted from the Furkid rescue. We love Bella, and we appreciate everything you do for these poor dogs in need of homes. My life wouldn't be complete without her. To all of the people out there looking for a great companion, ADOPT a dog! It will be the best decision you will ever make.

-Amber

Hi Jennifer,

I cannot believe it, but Roxy (the Chow Chow we adopted from you last May) just turned one on Sunday.  I thought you might enjoy seeing a couple of pictures of her now that she is almost full grown.

Roxy is such a sweet, lovable and spirited dog.  She immediately fit right into our menagerie, as you can see from the photo with Tigger (our male cat).  She also loves to go on car trips with our other two dogs.  She climbs on top of our suitcase and goes to sleep in the back window every time.

Thank you so much for bringing Roxy into our lives!!!

Warm Regards,

Kirsten and Terry

Hi Jennifer,

Well, I have been in my new home for a few weeks now and I just wanted to let you know how happy I am. I love having a big brother, Rallo. (my mom & dad adopted him from Furkid Rescue a year and 1/2 ago).  Rallo is very well behaved and I hope he can help me become a good girl! We both love to play and give cuddles (more to our mommy than our dad...that makes mommy really happy). I also wanted you to know that my fur is growing in - when you had me, I was still battling mange and now it's all better.  I'm going to be a real pretty girl. My mom & dad say that I am a very sweet and gentle little girl. Thank you so much for taking care of me! I miss all my dog friends, but I love being in my new home..I don't even mind the kitties :)

We all say Thank you very much!

Hugs and puppy kisses,

Vada, Rallo and our Mom & Dad (Jen & Matt Gregorius)

Sarah is adorable and sweet. She gets out in the yard and does the grid search as we call it. I swear she sniffs every inch of the grass (at times this can take two hours) then is exhausted and will sleep for the rest of the day. She is extremely fearful of thunderstorms (April was quite the month) but seems to be getting better. She is very cuddly and most nights I have to carry her tired and sleepy self to bed.

They get along perfectly with the other two girls and it is something to see all those beagle butts running up the yard together!

I am very happy we were able to adopt these girls and give them a good home.

Thanks so much.

It has been over 5 months now and things are going very well. I absolutely adore these girls, they are very very sweet.
Ginny is my buddy, she follows me everywhere, she is also quite the clown. She likes to drag our shoes around and if she catches any clothes on the ground she will drag them around too! She get the zoomies outside (and in the house sometimes) and runs around like a lunatic. She has dropped weight and looks really good and healthy.
